Who can use LocalPoll

You must be at least 13 years old to use LocalPoll. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password or let others use your account. You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.

What you can do

• Vote on polls, view results, and share your Aura
• Use guest mode to vote anonymously without creating an account
• Share poll links and result cards on social media

What you can't do

• Use automated scripts, bots, or any tool to cast votes artificially
• Create multiple accounts or guest sessions to vote on the same poll more than once
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or interfere with poll results or the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Our content

All poll questions on LocalPoll are created and moderated by us. We reserve the right to add, edit, or remove polls at any time without notice.

Poll results

Poll results reflect the votes cast by LocalPoll users and are not statistically representative of the general population. They should not be treated as scientific surveys or relied upon for political, legal, or commercial decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

LocalPoll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be available at all times or that poll data will be perfectly accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalPoll is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of LocalPoll after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
